Fray Hem Denim Pencil Skirt

I really like this skirt. Denim is on the softer end and has enough stretch to be comfortable all day. Skirt washed up really well, and the frayed hem doesn't continue to fray more like cheaper clothing often does. I wish it were a touch shorter, but I'm 5'3". The only thing that keeps it from a 5-star rating is the fabric just under the waist band can bunch up a bit at the back. I have a curvy shape, so I don't know if it would do that for other people. The waist does fit me well, though. The bunched part is covered by my shirt since I rarely tuck things in, so it doesn't bother me.
