did not receive it and never got my full refund
I bought this and never got it. Then it says it was returned via my account. I did not get my fill payment back. Very disappointed in Nordstromrack. I was looking forward to this coat. I need to be fully reimbursed! This is theft! I paid for it and never got the item then I didn’t get a refund on my cc. What a joke!
