Defective shoes
My pair of Santonis were defective. On the 2nd wearing, the interior liner of the left shoe began to peel upward, causing irritation in the middle of my foot. There was no way to get it to re-adhere to the sole. So I returned the shoes and got a refund. This is a sign of declining standards at Nordstrom, as this was the 3rd pair of shoes I tried to buy and keep in the last 3 months. The 1st pair, a different brand, didn't fit right; the 2nd pair, developed a hole on the top surface within a couple weeks of use. And on none of the occasions did Nordstrom have my size in stock. Lesson: Either Nordstrom get its act together fast, or the world should stop buying shoes from Nordstrom.

Didn't fit
I didn't know how to rate this to merely state that the shoe didn't fit, so it was returned. It's a shame there weren't shoes in the store to try on to save the time and expense of mailing these, but that's life these days, can't change it!
