Bad stitching
I had similar pants before and thought this would be great for summer. I ordered L to go on the loser side. These were a bit tight (as I am between M and L), but I decided to keep them. Only put them on once, and as soon as I kneeled down to pick up a dog toy, the seam by the pocket split open. I tried to repair it/reinforce, but there is not enough fabric/fabric is already compromised. I will try to return them.

Comfortable
Very soft fabric. It is heavier in weight than I thought. Runs large so I ordered a size down. If you're thin, may not look as frompy than if you weren't. I got them to wear as travel pants on a plane. Lots of pockets.
