Quality Has Changed
I've always loved the Sam Edelman pumps, and have consistently bought the Vienna and Hazel over and over. Sadly, the quality has gone downhill in the past couple years, with peeling happening almost instantly. It's more noticable in the lighter shades, but I've had my two most recent pairs peel after the first couple wearings just around the office. I haven't seen this quality issue with their loafers, so I hope to continue buying those, but for heels, sadly, I'm switching brands.

perfect pump
I used to be a Hazel girl (same pump in 3.75” heel) but have been enjoying the lower heel in the Vienna style. Now have this in both black and tan suede. I put a small heel cushion on the back and they’re perfect. No blisters, comfy all day.
