The sizing off. It runs big.
These shoes are very stylish. I love them, but they run bigger than my other SE loafers. The 8 1/2 in this shoe is more like a size 9 1/2. I love this brand because their loafers run a little big which gives me that extra space at the toe. All of my other styles of SE shoes run true to size. However, these shoes are much larger than my other SE loafers. That being said, I own many pairs of pumps, boots, loafers, and booties by this designer and will continue to buy more. I’m just going to return these and get a size 8 because I love the shoe, and I’m familiar with the quality of this brand. I highly recommend this shoe, just remember to size down by a 1/2 size.

Nice loafer, went down 1/2 from my normal size
I read the reviews and went down 1/2 from my normal size, I tried it and it was still a little big. The saddle is a soft muted color, I think for this style pop of color is the way to go. Wonder if the weaving will tear or pop up.

Adorable but the weaving is defective
These shoes are adorable and comfortable, but the weaving started unwraveling after wearing them just once! And I bought them in the winter and saved them until the spring, so I couldn't even return them.... Not recommended.
