Best clean
I love the steam mop, it is so good on carpet. It doesn't soak the carpet with moisture either. I feel better using it because I have pets in the house.

Not Efficient and Cheap Plastic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve never used a steam mop before, so I was curious about the efficiency. Packing was very cheap, and material is very plastic and cheap. The spring for the handle fell inside the the handle and I had to unscrew 8 pieces to fix it so it would attach to the unit. Overall, dirt only showed up on small areas of the mop, meaning the mop pad was not absorbing dirt everywhere like it should have.

Best ever steam mop
I am a senior and this steam mop is perfect. It is so easy to use and so light weight.
Filing the detachable water supply is also so easy to use. I highly recommend this product I truly love it.

Christmas Gift!
I was super excited to receive this steam mop as a Christmas gift! I have not had the chance to use it yet but I will be today and I would like to give an update once I do! I think I am going to really like that it has a triangular shaped head to easily get into corners!!!

So Far So Good!!!
I received this as a Christmas gift after wanting one for a while... I had a Shark Steam Mop Years Ago and Loved It. I like how this one has a triangular design to get into corners easily and it heats up super quickly & is easy to use. I feel good about limiting the chemicals I'm using in my home, while still hopefully eliminating germs in hopes of keeping my family safe & healthy.
