Devotion X TR Walking Sneaker (Women)

I've had these shoes for 3 weeks and they look like I've owned them for much longer. I walk outside several times a week and I'm over 200 pounds, but the souls have become completely deflated & wrinkled. In addition they've already developed holes in the interior heel section. If I walk for exercise more than 2 consecutive days I get blisters on my heels. I've attempted to adjust how loose or tight I'm lacing up the shoes, but this doesn't seem to matter. I do enjoy the style and that this company focuses on women. I wish this shoe worked better for me.
