Beautiful but not made for me

This is a beautiful, heavy weight, satin dress with a low, plunging halter neckline and pretty rose sash on the hip. Sadly- I need to return it. I didn’t think the dress ran TTS- it runs big, on me. I am 5’5 and curvy- but I think I could’ve sized down 1-2 sizes. This would look amazing on someone very tall bc it’s a long dress. The bust area is very revealing on the sides so boob tape would be a must. I also felt the halter neckline area was too big so there was extra material in the front. The color is candy apple red- really nice. Sadly, I’ll be returning it.
