I measure it before wash from prior experiences, the shirt shrink almost 2 inches on cold water and air dry on only the first wash.

Great fabric, it was a sport fit so I had to go a few sizes larger for it to fit properly.
Normally I am an XL regular, but with R & G a 2XX or even 3XX in the sport fit is good
