Boots came damaged
Boots came in with scuffs and marks. When I contacted Nordstrom rack customer service, they said because it was a final sale. There was absolutely nothing they could do even though I bought these with the intention of them not coming that way. I always shop at Nordstrom Rack but I am VERY cautious now with final sale items due to customer service and the fact that you could get a used item.
