Multi Corrextion Revive + Glow Eye Balm

I love the product - HATE the applicator tube. I've purchased the eye balm twice and both applicators have broken after trying to twist the tube up or down. Once you twist up, the tube won't twist down. I've had to dig the product out of the tub and put it in a small container in order to use it because once the tube is broken, you can't seal it back up again--the lid won't fit.

I really like this product but the design of the device/tube it comes in leaves much to be desired. The last tube I had I spent over a month using qtips to get the remaining product out. I finally gave up and bought a new one. My current tube I was getting to the limit of twisting it out and would have to start digging again. Then I dropped the tube - see picture. It shows you just how much of the product is difficult to access and essentially wasted. What a rip off. I am so tired of being scammed and taken advantage of by big companies. Not to mention the environmental waste.

I bought this product after a makeup artist recommended it. The first one I bought quit working after a week or two. I returned it to the store only to get another that did h same thing. I really wanted to like it but the only way I can use it is by sticking my nails down into it to get some product out
