Serpente Ornato Snake Wraparound Bracelet Watch, 22.5mm x 34mm

I purchased this watch as a Valentine’s Day gift for my wife. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the watch was not working and several of the stones had already fallen off. This is not acceptable for a brand-new item, especially one bought as a gift. I expected better quality control from a brand like Roberto Cavalli. Because of these issues, I will be returning the product. I believe the packaging and quality inspection process should be handled more carefully to prevent other customers from experiencing the same problem.
