Good dress but the top portion is too big.
I ordered this dress in a size 8. The waist (29”) and hips (41”) fit perfectly, and the length was great for my 5'3” frame. However, the top portion was too big and too low for my 34C chest. This dress seems better suited for someone taller or with a fuller bust. The overall fit wasn’t balanced on me, so I have to return it.
