The wash is off and run very big
I ordered these in a size 10, but an 8 probably would have fit better. My waist is 29, hips 41 ( 5'3) The main issue for me wasn’t the fit — it was the wash. In person it looks uneven and a bit cheaply done, not like the photos online so I will return them.
