A client that was deceived by nordstromrack
I do not have anything against the product my problem is with Nordstrom Rack. Since I never received the Item. I purchased the backpack online on sale on August 22, 2025. Today August 28th I received the package but the item was a Jetty Sling Bag instead of the original backpack. They send me a lesser item with a lesser price instead of the one that was originally ordered. I contacted customer service and the backpack is sold out, they can not do anything for me. Only alternative is a refund. Be careful you can be deceived by purchasing online.
