Nice shirt, good quality, but tight.
Not sure who created the description, but this is not a regular fit, as it said "more room in the chest" is not accurate and does not run to size. In fairness, this is not a slim cut either, but more of a modern cut that's snug. With 53% cotton it will likely experience some shrinkage.
