These shirts from Robert Barakett sure look nice, feel nice, and fit nicely, but it doesn't take long to find small holes in them toward the bottom hem. I've read all kinds of opinions as to why this is, and none of them really add up, except for one: The quality of the cotton used is substandard. After having thrown out 6 of the same pima shirts (different colors) - you'd think I would've learned not to buy more after the first few were binned - I have to agree.
If you're looking for a nice dress-up, dress-down T-shirt that fits well and doesn't develop pinholes for no other reason than normal wear and tear, look elsewhere. These shirts are not built to last, and they do not deserve a place in your closet.
FYI: I bought a total of eleven of these shirts over the past few months, and I've thrown out a total of six recently due to the holes that developed. I now only have five, and I'm sure they'll be in the bin within the next month or so.

Great fabric!
The color in the picture is misleading. I ended up with 2 heron blue tshirts when I really wanted one harbor blue and one heron. I had to order the harbor view and return one of the heron blue.

Lovely fabric but SHRINKS
The pima cotton fabric always looks smooth and polished - but all my tee shirts shrank about 2 inches after being washed in COLD water and placed in a dryer on AIR DRY for 15 mins.

One of the nicer T-shirts
Good looking Tee Shirt but the large is a little big for me and medium just doesn’t fit right. The tee shirts will shrink substantially if you dry and then will be out of proportion. The look great under a sport coat
