Very stretchy
Whatever the hoops are made of is very stretchy. I could not believe when I tried to take it out of the bag; it got hooked on the inside of the bag & stretched all the way out. I was expecting a better/more solid structure. They do look & fit nicely but it feels like the beads are on some sort of plastic because it’s so frail. I would wear them but I would pay over $60 for this quality. I think I’ll be returning & only purchasing again if there’s a better sale & it becomes really cheap.
