Sizing is a junior
After reading the reviews I sized up from a medium to a large but it was still too small and very short like a belly shirt LOL. I am 5' 8" so my height may have been a factor but it was definitely junior sizing.

feels and looks cheap
This top isn’t the usual Madewell quality. It runs small, the fabric feels and looks cheap, and the buttons pull even if you are small-chested. I regret purchasing this and wish I had returned it.

runs very small
I bought both a small and medium to see which one fit best. The medium barely fit but it’s a very cute top. I wish I would have bought a large or XL. Sadly I will return these items but they seem to be good quality and construction.
