I'm 5'7", 120 pounds. I order leggings in L where they aren't skin tight (so sheer) but loose and comfy and pass for plain ol comfy, pull-on pants. I avoid a lot of seams and decals/logos and anything else that looks athletic. Off I go to work or wherever! Ankle-length or longer capris work best : )
