A good fit(one size under) and light t-shirt.
I'm between L and XL for tshirt size, mostly an XL to prevent tight fittendness, shrinkage. But, for this I went with L and fit perfectly well. As others mentioned, the t-shirt is light and breathable. Tshirt color is what attracted me the most.
