I bout it in Richmond va 2-3 years ago. I didn't use it until this February with other bag the other one nothing happened to it. But the big one as you see it damaged

I love this suitcase!
I have had the carry-on size for about 5 years now. It gets used once or twice a year, and is still as good as new. The inside pockets, storage areas and zippers are handy for organizing and keeping things in place. The expandable function is a great option when needed. And the handle on the side is useful for maneuvering it onto storage shelves on shuttles, etc. I was so happy with this after a use or two that I bought the Large Checked size as well. I am just as pleased with that size - it has all the same features. After many years and many uses there is nothing I would change about these bags - I absolutely love them.

Unfortunate
I don't know if this luggage had a weight limit but this luggage bag is medium size. We had this suitecase under 40 lbs and my husband went to lift it so as to not hit a car. He used the side handle and it snapped falling out of his hand. We were quite disappointed due to the fact we compared these suitcases with other medium size luggage at a store in this one looked like it was the most "heavy duty" out of all of them. Unfortunately with the handles that's probably a no. The people that haul your luggage on and off the plane seem kind of careless with suitcases, I'm sure they have to move quickly, so hopefully they don't break the last handle on this bag.

Not Carry On Size
How are these carry on size? Standard carry on size is 22" x14" x 9".
