Long Sleeve Plissé Turtleneck Top

I bought this in blue. A beautiful subtle blue color. The fabric is not shiny, yet because of the structure of the fabric, the top catches and reflects the light. The raised mock turtle neck is comfortable. This will look great with black slacks. I like it because it needs no further adornment, although a long necklace or a single shoulder broach would work well. The length of the sleeves is long. My plan is to hem them to shorten.
