second time Norstrom rack sent wrong size
This is the second time Nordstrom Rack has sent me the wrong size. I ordered a size 8 and received a size 4. Previously, I ordered size 10 pants and received a size 12. Repeated mistakes like this are unacceptable and extremely frustrating. I expect better quality control and more attention to customer orders.
