I received an email saying the order would be ready for pickup on July 6 in the store. The 4th of July holiday arrived and I went out with my family. It turned out that after I left for the holiday they sent an email that the order was ready to be picked up on the 4th of July, a national holiday. I wasn't home until July 5th. They canceled my entire order without calling me. Who thinks of sending an email when there is such an important holiday? I am distraught because they are not serious about their notifications, they say one thing and then another, causing misinformation, confusion, and annoyance to customers. If there was a holiday and you had made it known that it was the 6th of July and not a national holiday that I had to pick up an order that changed the date, you would have had the courtesy to contact me before canceling the order since the error was part of you.
