not as pictured
The leather is NOT as pictured on the listing: looks embossed and soft, it’s more like patent leather and honestly feels fake. Extremely overpriced for the size and quality. Furthermore, it falls off my shoulder constantly, unlike any other purse I’ve owned before. Incredibly annoying, I’ll get rid of it on Poshmark.

Wrong item shipped twice
I order this Pebbled Rebecca Minkoff bag and I keep getting the wrong order. The one I would get is a smooth shiner bag which obviously was not the same. And on top of that they both didn’t come with a strap. I thought the first time was a fluke, but when I ordered a second time and it happened again. So fool me once that’s on Nordstrom fool me twice that’s on me. Not ordering again.
