Missing Crossbody Strap
I love my Durango Hobo handbag. But when I received it, the strap was missing. I was so disappointed. But great color and I like the size of the bag with plenty of room inside. I called NR Customer Service about the issue, and they said someone will contact you within 10 business days.

Missing crossbody strap
Beware that the bag arrived without the crossbody strap! Customer service was great by trying to track down the strap at the store that shipped the bag (no luck) and then by giving me a 20% discount, but in the end I returned it. I wanted the matching strap and the amazon ones I tried just didn’t look right. Also, the bag was longer than I wanted it to be and looked too much like a sack. Great color though.
