This bag holds everything I need for the day. Laptop notebook makeup wallet and more. I love the handles. I only did 4 stars because the shoulder strap is not size appropriate for this bag. I ordered another strap that is longer so I can do cross body and is heavier and thicker. But the bag is truly a work horse and very stylish.
