Poor quality control

Hood is too big to be useable- it completely covers eyes and face and can not be adjusted. Jacket arms are very long. Jacket is nice length and flattering fit. Quality control is lacking- strings for hood are two different lengths and cannot be adjusted. I am ordering a second jacket- if the strings are equal in length and the hood can be altered, I will keep it.

Not Made Well, Not Breathable

I sew, and I was disappointed in how this was crafted. Some of the hem lines were crooked and not turned under to finish. It just makes it look and feel cheaper than it is. The seams are not reinforced in any way, so I worry that they will leak in a downpour. And the fabric is like a rubber coated cheap polyester that DOES NOT BREATH. Not great for a Seattle commute. I am going to give another style a chance cause it’s so cute. But, overall I am disappointed.
