Runs small
I bought this because I love the print. It does run small, I would for sure size up and its very light weight which for a hot summer is great, but not at full price.

Shapeless with frilly shoulder ruffles
The shoulder ruffles were off putting, making it look from another time. Not a light dress either. Finally the background color is black and not chocolate.

Totally Shapeless
Tried this dress on in store because I loved the print. Unfortunately it was a fail. The dress is totally shapeless on. If it had a tie or something to cinch the waist it would have been cute. Sizing down was also not an option because it fit on top. Rails just missed the mark with this one.
