Works if you are skinny and tall
I’m 4-10” and weigh 95 lbs. I would say in terms of circumference sizing, it fits me perfectly. But this item is so long, that once the waist sits my body correctly, there is a 3” gap of torso length just hanging in the air on my shoulder. Good if you are tall and skinny.
