I sized up thanks to other reviewers and am glad I did. I'm 5'7" and curvy, and pretty consistently wear a 29. The 30 fit just right and the material doesn't seem to have much stretch (which I prefer in white denim). They are a little thicker, and will be 3 season jeans in FL, all but summer. Go with everything!

Cute but ran small
I consistently wear a 28 in Madewell jeans. I have a curvy bottom 39 in with 30 in waist. The 28 in these was too snug pulling up over hips. I returned them. Contemplating trying the larger size 29.
For 218 dollars, I want a good fit. Concerned it might gap in the back due curvy backside. Nordstrom does offer alterations. Jeans seem good quality and love the style.
