makes me look big hipped

I wear size 2 and bought a small. Wrinkled sleeves and hem straight out of the dryer. I’m 5 feet 5 inches. 110 pounds. My hips are tiny at 33 inches. This top defines your waist so much and then it poofs out at your hips and sleeves. Looks awful on me and generally I can get away with most styles. Probably looks way better on a fuller figured woman or a really tiny woman. I’m mid-sized and it makes me look like I have massive hips.
