Lore Wool Blend Coat

This was an amazing find for a 60% wool coat at such a low sale price. Yes, as other reviews mentioned, it is unlined, so do keep that in mind if that doesn’t work for you. However, for $100, I’m super happy to layer under it with a thin liner jacket or sweater on colder days. You can’t find wool for much cheaper these days especially in such a fun color. I’m excited to wear this statement coat! I’m on the shorter side and I normally wear a size Medium to Large in other brands like Zara. The medium in this coat fit me perfectly , so I would say it’s true to size.

So boxy and the color is brighter than the photo. The fabric was decent, not great or even excellent but good enough to keep if the color weren’t so bright and if the shape weren’t so boxy. I am only 5’3 and a size 0 so the fit may have been more of a “me” problem than a fit problem. Definitely a coat for someone a little taller. I recommend sizing down.

I wanted to love this jacket and ordered it in two sizes, XXS and XS. I’m 5’2” and 120lbs. The XXS awkwardly hung off of my frame and not in a good, baggy style of way. The material feels cheap and there is no lining leaving it feeling pretty scratchy. This coat is poorly constructed. So sad, but the color is great. I would not suggest investing in this coat.
