Stylish dress
This is a great dress that is easy to dress up or wear for a nice date night. I went up a size from normal Small in most Rails dresses up to a M to avoid clinging and have a better drape. It definitely skims the body but isn't tight. Wore to a Valentine's couples party and it was perfect with some heels and dressy earrings.

Tight in arms
I sometimes wear a medium and sometimes a large in Rails dresses. I bought the large size. This one had a strange fit, very tight in the arms (and my arms are not large) and not for larger bust due to no stretch (34 DD). If you have smaller shoulders and bust, it would fit better.
