LOVE Retro Runner
I realize that the reviews on the Retro runner are all over the place. Personally, I love them. I have been fortunate enough to buy several pair from the Rack, deeply discounted. I have narrow feet and they fit me like a dream, straight out of the box. The pale purple and brown ones are my latest purchase. IRL they are much more muted than photographed. The bulk of the shoe is a nylon fabric and leans more towards gray than purple. I consider this a neutral. I have not issues with heel tab or the tongue. Very comfortable. Alot of arch support and this style is super flattering on the foot!

Not made right
These shoes are just not made right. They look a lot like a pair of Nikes but they don’t fit like that. The tongue is not finished and the padding in the shoe bed is only in the heel. There is no padding around the heel and tendon area making is very prone to blisters. These are overpriced and not made properly.

I love these comfortable and stylish shoes. They are exactly what I love for everyday casual wear. They look a little slender but do not fit tight. I highly recommend them. The fit was a little hard for me. Reviewers said they are true to size so I originally ordered them to small and had to return them. I then ordered them in my athletic shoes size and they are perfect. For reference, they run the same size as my ASICS and Hokas.

Nice & neat but...
Undecided if I'm keeping them. In shoes I wear size 11 but in sneakers I MUST get a size 12. In this sneaker it's a close call. Still undecided if I'm keeping them. Very attractive, and comfortable (other than the clise fit). Must wear very thin socks.
