Gemma Ankle Strap Sandal

I wanted to love these, but the straps are so flimsy when you walk the back strap that’s supposed to cross falls underneath your heel so you end up stepping on it. I kept adjusting and it just wouldn’t stay in place correctly no matter how tight or how I configured the straps so I would not recommend these although they are very cute and the leather is quite soft.

Super cute shoes that fit true to size but the strap aren’t functional they way they are. For the double wrap around the ankle that is shown, the straps aren’t long enough. For a single wrap, there aren’t enough holes to secure it. The leather is really soft and they are adorable. I bought them final sale and I’ll alter them slightly to make them work but just a heads up to anyone else considering these, you might have to do some diying to make these work unless you have incredibly thin ankles.

Returned them. Didn’t care for the look of them.
