Ordering online has become so hit or miss
I liked the bag itself and would’ve loved to have kept it, but it came just tossed in a plastic bag (no inner/outer packaging for the bag itself and there was no dust cover inside which is typical for R&B) and given it was shipped in a plastic bag and not a box, the bag arrived completely smashed and misshapen and the zipper was broken…

Not high quality leather
Disappointed in the bag material quality. Overall good size but would have preferred a longer strap. Material did not seem like good quality leather for the original price point. Will be returning.
