not for big quads
They DO NOT fit like in the picture if you have big quads. If you need a short with room for your big thighs this pair is great, but they will fit like a bike short. There was no wide leg look for me, my quads took up all the room.

Odd Cut for Lowcut
I have a pair of denim shorts from the same brand (R&B). They have the same measurements. They're the same cut. I ordered the same size. I wore the old pair quite recently and they fit fine. But these are extremely snug and the waist does not contour at all. There's a few inch gap between my spine and the waist of the shorts. Strange for lowcut.

lowrise still comes up to belly button
These ‘low-rise’ shorts still come all the way up to my belly button (which is exactly what I was looking for in a sea of high rise shorts that go above my belly button). However, they do not allow for a butt. If you don’t have a booty, this might be great.
