Lovely fabric but the fit is just odd. Elastic waist does look good pulled up or down. Also it stated

Had to return, dress is overwhelming on my 5'3" and 124lbs frame. It may look better for 5'7" plus height. Waist is out of place and top balloons in an undesirable way. It is very sheer and although a slip was part of the dress, it was not included. Can't believe this is a Rag and Bone dress...

beautiful fabric but too much for petite frame
I'm 5'3 and was swamped in this dress. I frequently need dresses and pants hemmed or need to wear a maxi dress with heels but this style and fabric, although very pretty, just overwhelmed my frame. Probably best for someone 5'7 and above
