Disappointed with shipping quality
I love Radley and this is a well-constructed crossbody bag; However, it was packed in a plastic shipping bag with no boxing and was smooshed and the leather straps twisted due to the careless handling and lack of proper shipping packaging. This is unacceptable and I will be returning it to a local store. The shipping ruined a good purse.
