This is a floss DISPENSER, not a pick!
The other reviewers here clearly don't know what they're doing. this is a refillable DISPENSER, meaning you pull the string out with your fingers and cut it at the green mark. This is NOT a pick, so you are not supposed to keep the floss in the little area and thread it in between your teeth. So it works exactly as inded. Watch their 10 second YouTube video.

Cool idea, Flawed execution
Having a portable flosser is a great idea, unless you have pretty tight teeth, then this thing just turns into a headache to use. The flosser can barely hold the floss tight enough to get through my teeth, making me have to restring it over and over just to floss 3 teeth.

Great concept, floss always comes loose
I love the idea, even thought I lost my first one & got a second one. Found first one months later in a suitcase! Anyway, I keep mine in the car and use it there when needed, I travel a lot. I try to make sure the floss is positioned just right, but after a couple teeth it loses its taughtness & will eventually come off. So I have to do another fill. This is just to get all of my molars done. 🤷🏼♀️

Completely useless
This is completely useless. You need to replace the floss every other tooth basically and if you have any teeth very close together, you can't floss with this because the floss just slips through and comes loose. Don't waste your money.

Delightful device, frustrating floss
I really enjoy my quip toothbrush and my floss pick! The design is genius. Unfortunately, the floss itself is disappointing. Sometimes I have to use 10 or 12 pieces of it to floss my whole mouth as it frays, breaks, and slides out of the pick.
Again, I really enjoy my quip devices! Any chance the floss could be improved?
