I’ve been using quip for over 6 years. This was an update brush for my son and he loves it. Bright color and vibration right on point. The battery usually last till next refill and never had an issue. Definitely recommended.

O-Rings
I am missing an "O-Ring" to protect the battery and motor from getting wet, I have electrical tape on the brush and have asked for a simple O-Ring with NO response. I like your products but frustrated that there is nobody to call or follow-up with when there are questions. I've been a customer for a long time, please help. The # on the motor is H0125-C.

Build a better brush!
I bought the black battery operated brush in May, 2023. Last year, I experienced issues with the brush being very difficult to turn on and the brush would not stay on for a full brushing cycle. I replaced the battery twice to no avail. I've been using the brushes and brushing manually. I just got the brush to work for a complete cycle (pressing down for it to start is ridiculously hard) and now it won't pair up with the app. I love the concept of this brush but not the execution.

Overall good product, albeit one gripe
I know this is probably pointless now that there are new brushes available and I have them, but I wanted to give some constructive feedback regarding the design. The overall look it good, but the place and way the brush head connects to the bottom is not great. I definitely prefer the new designs of the Ultra Lite Sonic and Rev Oscillating.

Upgrade from kids, continuing users
Family of 4 and we all have quip toothbrushes. This was an upgrade to my daughter’s toothbrush from the kids plastic version. Will continue using these products for the foreseeable future.
