I wanted to love it
I followed the other reviews and sized down from my usual S or M to an XS, it was big for an XS but the sleeves are too short. The biggest issue is in design quality, the large floral print is pixelated and the quilting seams are crooked in some places.

Size down, fits 1.5 sizes too big
I ordered a Large and when I got it was too big so I also ordered a Medium and it fits much better with room to wear a sweater or hoodie underneath. I could have gotten a small as I’m not very busty, my waist is small and my hips are wide- I wanted some room to move. The fabric is soft but durable & it’s well made. Good quality chic coat that I plan to wear with leggings and combat boots for the fall season.
