I recommend sizing up if you want the oversized look and staying true to size if you want a more tailored look. I’m on the taller side and the arms a little short on me. It’s a cute shirt!

Not too pleased.
I really wanted to like this shirt. But it’s not great on several fronts. It has shrunk after a couple of washes, so snaps bust open. The collar is huge. The hem rolled up on the edges. The fabric is coarse and a bit too heavy for a women’s shirt, so it’s not comfortable and lacks the “finesse” I like in shirts. Bought it for very casual wear, hoped it would be more comfortable. Won’t bother to send it back. I’ll either wear it around the house or give it away.
