I was excited about the classic look of this Polo embroidery chino button-up shirt — it has a timeless style that’s hard to beat. However, when I put it on, it felt like I was swimming in it. I ordered my regular size (L), but the fit was extremely oversized — honestly, I could fit myself and half of another person into this shirt. It fits more like an XL or even bigger. If the oversized look was the intention, it would have been helpful for the product description to mention that. Otherwise, for anyone who prefers a true-to-size fit, I would strongly recommend sizing down. This shirt seems better suited for people looking for a very roomy, relaxed fit.
