How to use: The different discs represent different intensities. They range from sensitive for the face to intense enough for the calluses of your feet. First, cleanse and dry skin thoroughly. Using the white disc, practice on arm or leg before using on face. Pull skin tight to help device smoothly glide over skin. Move the device across skin in an upward motion. Following treatment, apply toner and moisturizer. Wash the cap and filter after each use.
