Love the mix and match potential
While I do agree with a prior review that these are best without the effect of pockets on the silhouette I fond them comfortable and a fine fit on my short plus frame. Wore them on what turned out to be a 60° day, they kept me comfortable despite the chill and breeze. The shade was closer to a darker sand. I paired it with an olive top and neutral sneaks for a day at the salon. Next time I’ll wear it as part of a tone on tone outfit.

No pockets for me
In search of summer pants, thought I would try these but the pockets in combination with the pleats do not work for me. Another version with pull-on elastic waist, straight legs and no pockets would be great.
