Store said they couldn't hem??
I purchased knowing they were long but had planned to have them hemmed (since I have a Nordstrom card and have the perk). I was told they didn't have alteration service at my store. Since when? I asked if I could go to the Nordstrom store and they didn't know. I ended up just returning.

I order a size 28. The waist is too big and it fitted tight on the hips. would need to be altered. Otherwise I like the embellished details
